Breaking Bread

The Pastors Luncheon at the Angus Barn was a taste of heaven!  Yes the food was amazingly delicious, but what was even more amazing was to see 70 Christian leaders from over 25 different churches and the variety of denominations represented.  God had answered our prayers!  It was a blessing to share with our guests what could be possible in their church and community when they share the message of how God is inviting each one of us into our own journey of generosity.  Our guest speaker, Kirsten Schwartz from Generous Giving, shared how her church experienced not only an increase in their congregation's generosity but also increased participation. They were moved to action.  The pastors and church leaders left with an invitation to attend an up-coming pastors and spouse JOG we are hosting at the St. Francis Springs Prayer Center in September.  If you or your pastor would like to learn more about the Generous Church tools and opportunities, please reach out to us as we would be happy to share. May God continue to work in and through His bride, the church.

The guests at the pastors luncheon also received the book, "Giving is the Good Life" by Randy Alcorn.  If you do  not have this book in your library, we highly recommend it!
